Born in Del Rio, Texas in 1964 to a young Air Force couple, I grew up traveling around this extraordinary country of ours.  With over twenty moves under my belt I can safely say that I know what your children are going through right now with adjusting to a new school.

On a personal note, I have one daughter who just turned fourteen and is in to everything!  Dance, drama, art, music, and fashion.  You name it-she is into it!  She keeps me on my toes.   And yes she does speak some French, a bit of Spanish, and even a phrase or two of Japanese and Chinese. She is currently taking Latin at Caddo Magnet High School.

I once taught English to students at seven different schools in Japan and taught in the Caddo Parish school system for three years at the high school level prior to coming to Magnolia School of Excellence.  I have enjoyed spending my days with your children, watching their eyes light up and their knowledge expand regarding the world's diverse cultures and languages.

Thank you for visiting!

I am from Mexico. I moved to the States a few years ago. I have three wonderful children ranging  from fifteen to three.  I am excited to be teaching your children Spanish. I hope that you will ask them about what they learned in class and practice with them at home.
